He is proud to have companies such as Wesco, Graybar, XPEDEX, and CED as tenants for over 25 years and Omnicare, Kentucky Lottery and Meridian Chiles Advertising for just over 20 years. Mr. Miller remains active in all aspects of the full service commercial real estate business. In 1993, Cliff received his real estate license and attained his brokerage license two years later. He then earned his license as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser allowing him to appraise residential, farms and commercial real estate. Mr. Eddleman is an approved instructor by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission.
