About Us

John Paul Miller John Paul Miller
jp@fortunerealty.com

John Paul Miller IS Fortune Commercial Properties. He founded the company in 1983 with the acquisition of fifty acres on Winchester Road in between Hamburg Place and Paul Miller Ford. From the beginning, he wanted to create a premier office park and distribution center that would attract, and especially retain, top national and local companies. In this, he has very much succeeded. Wesco, Graybar, XPEDEX and CED are now twenty-five-year tenants. Omnicare and Jordan-Chiles Advertising have been tenants for over twenty years.

John Paul remains active in the design, construction and leasing of the properties. And he still somehow finds the time to serve as President of Paul Miller Ford, the original family business, as well as continuing to stay involved in the community.

When not in Lexington, he is usually in New Mexico, where he loves to ride his buckskin quarter horse “Drifter.” He also enjoys spending time studying and writing about the history and culture of Native Americans.
