Sandler Training is a world leader in innovative sales and sales management training. For more than 40 years, and in more than 220 training centers, in major cities throughout the country and around the world, Sandler has taught its distinctive, non-traditional selling system and highly effective sales training methodology, which has helped salespeople and sales managers take charge of the selling process.

We champion honest, no-nonsense consultative sales and management techniques that get results while preserving the individual team member's self-respect. Our philosophy embodies a comprehensive approach to selling, the mastery of revolutionary techniques and an entirely new attitude toward the sales and management processes.

Sandler not only provides the initial and advanced selling strategies and tactics needed to excel, but our training enables people to develop the attitudes and implement the behavior necessary to reach the highest levels of success.

Our training is designed to create lasting "performance improvement" rather than the motivational "quick fix" typical of many seminar-based training programs. To help you accomplish your goals, Sandler provides "reinforcement training," a system that combines quality materials along with access to ongoing training workshops and individual coaching sessions. Through our new training center in Lexington, we'll provide continuing face-to-face support and reinforcement of the world's most successful selling system.

Through continued support and follow-up sessions, Sandler Training helps sales professionals and management executives fulfill personal and organizational goals, from initial hiring decisions to performance evaluations, from building and executing strategic sales plans to motivating people to achieve them, from understanding information technologies to tailoring these powerful tools to support clients' specific opportunities.

At Sandler, we understand that business success is directly related to the effectiveness of upper- and mid-level managers within an organization. Improving the skills and work of an organization's managers is one of our top priorities. Sandler's management solutions help managers at all levels become more effective communicators, better mentors and coaches, and competent managers of change.

Entrepreneur Magazine has just ranked Sandler the No. 1 training company for 2010, a distinction we've held nine times since 1994.

When asked why Fortune Commercial Properties became involved in the 2010 Games, Mr. John Paul Miller, owner, responded:

“It starts with our love for horses, Lexington, and the Kentucky Horse Park. I own a buckskin Quarter horse, an ex-reiner, ‘Drifter’ and my wife owns a Palomino Missouri Fox Trotter, ‘Sunny.’ She has also been in the Thoroughbred business for twenty five years. We’ve ridden on trails in Kentucky, Ireland, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Florida, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico.

Worth, and the National Reining Championships. We have been sponsors of the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation, High Hope Steeplechase, and Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event,” said Mr. Miller.

“There are a lot of ‘backside’ elements that are critical to the success of an event such as the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, he continued. “So when we talked with Terry Johnson and Jack Kelly, we wanted to do something special to help guarantee the success of the 2010 Games. Fortune Commercial Properties and I are furnishing 6,000 square feet of office space to be used by staff and training for volunteers, along with 10,000 square feet of warehouse space for equipment and storage. We are very proud for Fortune Commercial Properties to be the exclusive Commercial Real Estate sales, leasing and development partner with the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.”

The 2010 Games are expected to have a statewide economic impact of $150 million. It is anticipated that more than 600,000 spectators will attend the 16-day competition.
